My son Liam and I decided to go to the fair in our home town to take some pictures. I shot mostly “from the hip” with the Ricoh GR III to try and catch the moments as they appeared without people noticing the camera.

The GR is often compared to a knife. It’s not a Swiss-army knife, but a single-purpose knife. Some also say it’s like a pen that fits in your hand….

A few weeks ago I took the Ricoh GR and the Fujifilm X100V with me to take some photos on the streets of my hometown. This time I wanted to do some street photography and see if the GR would help me get better photos being unobtrusive as she is.
